When the moon hits the sky like a big pizza pie–that’s Amalfi!
Is there anything better than the Italian sea side in summer? I think not. I’m currently writing this from my home in Columbus, OH (where it’s an overcast and gray day), and daydreaming about jumping on a plane back the lovely Amalfi Coast where the lemons grow as big as your head, the gluten-free pizza is spectacular, and the breathtaking views are plentiful. Ahh, seriously though, how fast can I book a ticket?
When I visited a couple weeks ago, temps were in the high 90s–it was swelteringly hot. Thankfully the breeze off of the water made it bearable–even pleasant. We toured along the coast (think Ravello, Positano, and Amalfi) for a day, spent the next hiking a crazy-steep trail down to the most beautiful swimming cove I’ve ever seen, and pretty much lived off of Italian ice.
To take advantage of the refreshing wind, I chose this breezy Love On The Run Dress by Free People. I accessorized with some simple accessories, Kaanas Ibiza Frayed Slide, tassel earrings (by @noruhdesign), and my trusty bamboo arc purse.
