So excited to share some of our Florida getaway pictures! Stephen and I just spent a week down in Lovers Key to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Prolonging the summer just a few days more is the way to go! Such a sweet time to get to spend time together undistracted. O and did I mention getting to visit a beach? That was icing on the cake!
For this trip, I kept the outfits simple. I ended up only bringing a carry-on with me–and I packed for seven days! Personal victory here! Anyway, I was so excited to get to wear some of my favorite peices a few more times before transitioning to sweater weather.
This look was so fun! I loved wearing the ultra-girly peasant-style smocked dress with my hair clips and big tassel earrings. Definitely made me feel like I was playing dress-up again. These sneakers added some needed sophistication–and let’s be real–comfort. They are a travel must and go everywhere with me!
I wore the outfit above for a nature walk through a local preserve. I’m again wearing my favorite distressed jean shorts and Kaanas Ibiza sandals. I completed the look with a floral ruffled top, Anthropologie tassled earrings, and a round rattan purse.
